rules and regulations Commodore Yacht Club In order to make Commodore Yacht Club a more enjoyable place for everyone, the following rules will be enforced: All small children (age 6 and under) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. No pets allowed in the Marina Store at any time. All pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Due to environmental and insurance issues, no one will be allowed to carry gas onto the dock. Please conceal any valuable items on your boat. While theft has not been a problem, we don’t want to encourage it. No fishing from the dock or cleaning fish on the dock. There is a fish cleaning station provided for you. No swimming from the dock. No Drinking alcoholic beverages on the dock. Please confine this to your boat. All vehicles with trailers must park on the upper level. No parallel parking in the car parking area. There is plenty of parking space if we are considerate of each other. Please observe the NO WAKE areas. No wake within 300 ft. of a dock facility is a state law with heavy fines. You are responsible for the damage your wake may cause other boats or the dock. Please place trash in the proper containers. It all helps best when we help each other. No storage boxes are allowed on the dock. There are lockers available to rent if needed. All Campsite Residents and Cabin Guests are welcome to use the launch ramp free of charge, however slips are not included. Slips are available for rent if needed. No more than two vehicles per campsite and no boats over 19 feet will be allowed to be parked/stored in the campground due to lack of space. Also, keep all roadways passable incase emergency vehicles need to get through. No dumping sewage into the lake. A pump out station is available at the marina to pump out porta potties and holding tanks. All boats with porta potties and holding tanks are required to register and have them inspected at the marina store. All walkways on the marina are to be kept clean so people can walk safely.
